Queen Morwenna stood alone in the throne room, her purple eyes blazing. She wanted to build a court so dark that mortals would tremble at its name. A place of shadows and secrets. A kingdom where fear itself would bow to her will. The Unseelie Court would become her masterpiece of terror. She walked through the empty halls, her footsteps echoing off bare stone walls. This place needed transformation. She stopped in the largest chamber and pictured her vision taking form. A throne of blackthorn would rise here, sharp and twisted. The ceiling would gleam with obsidian, dark as midnight. Ancient forest rock would shape the walls, carved with symbols of her power. This hall would be the heart of her shadowy court. Outside, she found the old stone well in the courtyard. Morwenna ran her fingers along its rough edge. The structure was perfect for her purpose. She would mount iron rings around it. Stone heads would be carved and placed there as warnings. Anyone who defied her court would see their fate displayed in cold stone. Fear worked best when mortals could see it with their own eyes. Back in her chambers, Morwenna picked up a small whistle carved from bone. Forest bark wrapped around its length. She lifted it to her lips and blew. The sound pierced the air, sharp and haunting. Ravens circled overhead, drawn by the call. She would train them to carry her commands across the land. Her court was taking shape, piece by piece. Soon, the world would learn to fear the name Morwenna.
