A haven for all the Star-Crossed Outlaws inside of a huge protective dome capable of interstellar instant transmission, the chosen are portaled involuntarily. Only the worthy. An intergalactic dome space structure infused and forged of dimensional magic and sentient high tech. The dome is like a living computer maintained by box bot drones. A gutterpunk styled space pirate tech oasis hideout amongst the stars. The artificial sky is like the aurora borealis in a meteor shower.
