A bustling city filled with joyous citizens, heroic super heroes, and diabolical villains. At the center of this glorious metropolis is Silver Hawk Tower, a hawk shaped skyscraper. A beacon of safety and ever flowing knowledge. In front of this building is a silver monument to the greatest hero that ever flew the skies of Boomburg, the Claw. He was known to all as “the guardian eagle”. But all cities have an underbelly. This place is called The Gutta, a series of rough neighborhoods and delapidated buildings. This area is home to some of the most villainous criminals in the universe. The sky abounds with flying vehicles, and the streets are alive with mighty battles between the heroes and villains that call this place home.
