Papa-raro is the seventh island and one of the smallest in a chain known as Manoa o Penina in the Waiata Sea, far south of the coast of Felesmia. It is populated by Māori fishermen, hunters, storytellers, craftsmen, and healers. The waters of the Waiata Sea are a deep blue and quite calm most of the time. Elemental spirits also inhabit Papa-raro, along with avatars of two of their deities, Papatūānuku and Ranginui. It is a peaceful island where the people and nature coexist in harmony.
