Edward Gold adjusted his glasses and smoothed his orange-striped fur. The young cat had a dream that kept him awake at night. He wanted to build a business school for everyone in Tongassia, not just the rich folks. His briefcase held notebooks full of plans and ideas. The empty lot on Market Street caught his eye every morning. Edward walked past it again today, paws crunching on gravel. He stopped and stared at the space. His tail swished behind him. This could work. This could be where his dream became real. A building could go right here—gold, blue, and green walls reaching up toward the sky. He would call it La Feet Advanced Business Development Institute. Edward opened his briefcase and pulled out his sketches. He saw desks where students would sit and learn. Computer stations lined the walls in his drawings. Each desk would give someone a chance to run a practice business. They would learn by doing, not just by reading. His paw traced the outline of the building on the paper. He looked up from his drawings and smiled. The school needed one more thing. People had to know about the classes. Edward sketched a message board—bright and electronic, impossible to miss. It would show times for lectures and meetings. Everyone who walked by would see it. His dream was taking shape, piece by piece. Edward closed his briefcase and headed home to work on the details.
