The dream was simple: make things faster, sell them cheaper, give everyone what they needed. The robot wheeled toward a pile of machinery in the corner. Gears, conveyor belts, and metal frames lay scattered across the floor. Model T lifted each piece and examined it closely. These parts could become something useful. The robot's processors calculated measurements and angles. By sunset, an old fashioned assembly line stood in the center of the warehouse. The conveyor belt creaked as it moved. Massive windows lined each floor. Model T studied the building through the fence. That factory could hold twenty assembly lines. Workers could build hundreds of products each day.
