Huge Ajax's Arc

Chapter 178 of 619

Tucker crossed the yard and fell in beside Ajax. He kept his voice low. "Bran has a problem," Tucker said. Ajax raised his eyebrows. "He's got the chain and the body. He doesn't know what to do with a look yet. Masons stare and he goes red. He can lift a corner stone alone but he can't hold a man's eye across a table." Ajax stopped walking as Tucker said “He needs practice. Somewhere he won't get laughed at." Ajax looked at the barracks. Bran was inside sweaty. "Send him to my room after supper," Ajax said. "I'll work with him. One hour. No one else in the hall." Tucker's mouth moved under the mustache. "You need to know. When I taught him, we kissed once but it was nothing.” Ajax nodded and shrugged. “New body…new man. I want him to find a good wife once he builds his house here. Plus, we can use him here to help us.”
