Jordan Jenkins squeezed paint onto his palette and studied the blank canvas before him. His six eyes tracked spirals that bloomed with each breath he took—fractals only he could see. He wanted to capture these hidden patterns, to paint what lived between heartbeats and hung in the space around living things. The brush felt light in his massive red hand as he made the first stroke. Purple swept across the white surface, then orange, then deep blue. He painted the probability threads he saw connecting each moment to the next. His hand moved faster as excitement built in his chest. This one would be different from the other seventeen canvases scattered around his workspace. This one would show others what his eyes could perceive. Hours passed before Jordan stepped back from the finished work. The painting showed swirling patterns that shifted between colors—spirals within spirals, threads of light weaving through darkness. He built a simple wooden stand outside and placed the vibrant alien landscape painting where people could stop and look at it. His six eyes watched the fractals bloom around the canvas as wind moved past it. Maybe someone would see what he meant. Maybe they would understand that beauty existed in wavelengths most eyes could never catch.
