Located on the northern coast of Venezuela, in the state of Sucre, Cumaná is rhe oldest continually inhabited city in the Americas. It has a rich heritage of music, art and cuisine. The University is a focal point in the city, attracting students from other regions of Venezuela who want to further their studies in the Arts and Sciences. The city has suffered much in the last 40 years. The story’s protagonist, Ricardo Rios has a dream to revitalize Cumaná’s traditional musical heritage. He needs your help to acheive his dream!
