City of the Black Flame

In the dark streets of the City of the Black Flame, a gothic urban jungle set in a post-apocolyptic future, a young street warrior and her venomous feline companion become the leaders of a vigilante group of magically talented youths calling itself the Black Flame. Using their Talents the Black Flames tackle the criminals of the city. A stylized black flame symbol is left wherever a crime has been stopped.
