Wisp O’ Fear
The Wisp came from another realm, he was a prisoner who escaped but still trails his bindings. He influences those of weak mind and character, whispering and conjuring in their mind’s eye nefarious deeds and bloodshed. God himself trapped Wisp but the Fallen One freed him to anger the One. This place dark and gloomy seemingly dripping with blood of the innocent and guilty. The dark red moon reflects the torment Wisp inflicts on those unprepared souls.
